Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ReachRush Pte. Ltd. ("ReachRush", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on reachrush.life (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA 2012).
When we refer to "cookies", we include browser cookies, local storage, session storage and comparable technologies that store or access information on your device. Some technologies are essential for the Website to function; others help us understand usage, remember preferences or measure marketing effectiveness.
1. Who is responsible?
ReachRush Pte. Ltd., UEN 202964283N, 2 Kallang Avenue, #09-12 CT Hub, Singapore 339407, is responsible for cookie operations on the Website. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
2. How we manage your consent
When you first visit the Website, you will see a cookie banner with three choices:
- Accept all — enables necessary cookies plus optional analytics, preference and marketing cookies described below;
- Reject all — enables only necessary cookies required for core site operation and consent storage; and
- Customise — opens a preference panel where you can allow or disallow optional categories individually before saving.
Your selection is stored locally in your browser under the key rr_cookie_consent as a JSON record containing your choice and a timestamp. We retain this consent record for six months, after which the banner may appear again so you can confirm or update your preferences.
You may change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser or revisiting the Website after the storage period expires. We are implementing additional preference controls as our site evolves; until then, browser controls described below remain available.
3. Cookie categories we use
3.1 Necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Website to operate securely and reliably. They cannot be switched off through our banner because the site would not function correctly without them. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as confirming cookie choices or submitting forms protected against spam.
Examples of purposes include load balancing, security integrity, remembering your cookie consent decision, and maintaining basic session stability. Necessary cookies generally expire when you close your browser or within a short fixed period, except for the consent record which is kept for six months.
3.2 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors discover and use the Website — for example which pages are viewed, how long sessions last, which referral sources send traffic, and whether navigation paths indicate interest in acquisition, channel or studio content. We use these insights in aggregated form to improve structure, messaging and performance.
Analytics cookies are optional. They are placed only if you choose Accept all or enable Analytics in Customise. We configure analytics tools to minimise identification where settings allow, such as truncating IP addresses and avoiding unnecessary user-level identifiers on our corporate site.
Typical retention for analytics cookies ranges from twenty-four hours to thirteen months depending on the vendor cookie, after which they expire automatically unless renewed by a new visit with consent.
3.3 Preference cookies
Preference cookies remember choices that improve your experience, such as dismissing informational panels, remembering interface states or storing non-essential display settings. They are optional and activated only with your permission through Accept all or the Customise panel.
Without preference cookies, you may need to reapply certain display choices on each visit. Preference cookies generally persist for up to twelve months unless you clear them earlier.
3.4 Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of ReachRush's own promotional activities, attribute studio enquiries to campaign touchpoints, or build aggregated audience insights for our corporate marketing. They are optional and are not required to browse the Website or submit a contact form.
We do not use marketing cookies to sell personal data. If marketing cookies are enabled, they may be set by ReachRush or by advertising partners acting on our instructions. Marketing cookies are blocked unless you Accept all or enable Marketing in Customise.
Retention varies by vendor and campaign window, commonly between thirty days and ninety days for conversion measurement pixels.
4. Examples of cookies and storage items
The exact cookies in use may change as we update the Website or vendors. The table below describes typical items as of the last updated date above:
- rr_cookie_consent (local storage) — Necessary — stores your banner choice and timestamp — six months — ReachRush
- session identifiers — Necessary — maintain secure browsing session — session — ReachRush / hosting provider
- _ga / _gid (if analytics enabled) — Analytics — distinguish visits and sessions — up to twenty-four months / twenty-four hours — Google Analytics or equivalent
- preference flags (if preferences enabled) — Preferences — remember interface choices — up to twelve months — ReachRush
- campaign attribution tags (if marketing enabled) — Marketing — measure studio campaign touchpoints — thirty to ninety days — ReachRush / ad platform
Third-party cookies, if any, are subject to the respective provider's policies. We review vendors periodically for alignment with our privacy commitments.
5. What happens after you choose
If you Reject all, we load only necessary cookies and storage required for security, basic navigation and remembering that you declined optional categories. Analytics, preference and marketing scripts remain disabled on subsequent pages during the same browsing session and on return visits until consent is renewed or the six-month storage entry expires.
If you Accept all, optional categories are enabled together. If you Customise, only the categories you tick in the modal are enabled when you press Save preferences. You can withdraw optional consent later by clearing site data for reachrush.life in your browser, which removes the stored consent record and will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.
Changing cookie settings does not retroactively delete data already collected under a previous choice, but it controls what may be collected on future page loads.
6. Similar technologies
We may use server logs, aggregated metrics and privacy-conscious analytics APIs that do not rely on traditional cookies. Where those technologies process personal data, our Privacy Policy applies. Tags deployed only on client campaign properties during paid engagements are outside the scope of this Website policy and are governed by client agreements and platform terms.
7. Browser controls and Do Not Track
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may affect Website functionality, including the ability to store your consent choice without re-prompting. Instructions are available in your browser's help documentation for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and mobile equivalents.
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals; ReachRush currently does not alter cookie behaviour solely based on DNT headers, but optional cookies remain off unless you consent through our banner.
8. Relationship to the PDPA 2012
Where cookies collect personal data, we process that data in accordance with the PDPA 2012 and our Privacy Policy. You may contact [email protected] to request access or correction of personal data associated with optional cookies, subject to applicable exceptions.
9. Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, vendors, regulation or Website features. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when revisions were last made. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after an update, with renewed consent where required, constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy.
