ReachRush FAQ workshop with Singapore growth team

Still have questions after reading? Book a call and we will walk through your channel mix, conversion paths and experiment backlog in a practical 45-minute session.

No. ReachRush is a digital marketing and customer acquisition studio. We plan and deliver campaigns, channel experiments, CRO, content, lifecycle marketing and analytics for businesses. We do not sell life coaching, SaaS licences, bots or purchased engagement. Our work sits at the intersection of paid media, search, social, email, landing page optimisation and conversion intelligence — operated by a Singapore-based team from CT Hub in Kallang. If you need a software platform, personal development programme or vanity follower packages, ReachRush is not the right partner.

No. Acquisition outcomes depend on market conditions, offer strength, budget, creative execution, platform policies and customer response. We do not guarantee specific leads, rankings, follower counts, sales figures or return on investment. ReachRush provides strategy, campaign planning, experiment design and digital marketing delivery — but performance is influenced by factors outside any agency's direct control, including your sales follow-up, product-market fit and competitive landscape. We report transparently on leading and lagging indicators so you can make informed decisions about channel mix and spend.

We design and operate customer acquisition systems across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, local search, content marketing, email marketing, lifecycle automation, retargeting, landing page optimisation and CRO. Engagements may include audience research, offer positioning, creative direction, media planning, experiment roadmaps, analytics setup, conversion path mapping and monthly performance reviews. We work as an agency partner — not an IT outsourcer, not a web design shop without marketing strategy, and not a generic business consultancy detached from campaign delivery.

We partner with Singapore growth teams, marketing leaders and founders at B2B technology companies, professional services firms, premium retail brands, education providers and regional SMEs ready to invest in disciplined acquisition. Ideal clients have a clear offer, willingness to test channels, budget for media and creative, and internal stakeholders who can act on leads and experiment learnings. If you are pre-product or seeking overnight viral reach without budget or sales infrastructure, we will be honest about whether an engagement makes sense.

After you submit the contact form or email [email protected], we schedule a 45-minute discovery call — typically over video or in person at our Kallang studio. We review your current channel mix, conversion paths, experiment history and growth targets. You leave with a clear picture of where attention may be leaking and whether ReachRush can help. If there is a fit, we follow up with a scoped proposal covering deliverables, cadence, reporting and fees. There is no obligation and no generic pitch deck.

Agency fees and media spend vary by scope. Many retainers begin from S$3,000–S$8,000 per month in agency fees, with media budgets additional depending on channel ambition. Sprint engagements and experiment projects can be scoped separately. We are transparent about what a given budget can realistically test — a limited budget may support one or two channels well rather than a full-funnel programme. During discovery we align on goals, constraints and a phased roadmap so spend matches learning velocity.

Yes, when agreed in scope. We can operate Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts under your brand ownership, with you retaining billing control and platform access. We follow platform advertising policies, implement conversion tracking, structure campaigns for testability and report on spend efficiency alongside creative and audience learnings. You always retain account ownership — we do not hold accounts hostage. Third-party platform terms, policy changes and auction dynamics can affect delivery at any time.

Experiments are central to how ReachRush works. Rather than running the same campaigns indefinitely, we maintain a backlog of creative tests, audience splits, offer variations, landing page tests and budget allocation trials. Each experiment has a hypothesis, success criteria and a learning note whether it wins or loses. This approach compounds channel knowledge over time and prevents stagnation. Experiment velocity depends on traffic volume, budget and your team's ability to implement learnings quickly.

Absolutely. Many clients keep brand, product marketing or content in-house while ReachRush owns acquisition channels, experiment design and performance reporting. We integrate into your existing tools — CRM, analytics, project management — and align on a shared cadence: weekly channel pulses, monthly reviews and quarterly planning. We are collaborators, not replacements for internal leadership. Clear role definition at the start prevents overlap and accelerates results.

Reporting is tailored to your funnel but typically includes channel spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition, experiment outcomes and lifecycle metrics where in scope. We favour dashboards that marketing leaders can act on — not vanity metrics. Attribution across channels has inherent limitations; we explain what can and cannot be measured reliably. Raw platform data remains accessible to you at all times. We also flag data quality issues, tracking gaps and platform policy impacts that may distort performance readings.

ReachRush Pte. Ltd. complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Contact form data is used only to respond to enquiries and manage client relationships. We do not sell personal data. Our Privacy Notice explains data categories, retention, security measures and your access rights. Marketing pixels and analytics cookies are used only with appropriate consent via our cookie banner. For client campaigns involving customer lists or CRM data, we work under agreed data processing terms and platform policies.

Engagement terms are set out in our proposal and Terms of Service. Retainers typically run on a monthly cycle with a minimum initial term agreed upfront. Either party may terminate according to the notice period in your contract. Upon termination, ad account access and assets created under the engagement are transferred to you as specified. We believe long partnerships are earned through performance and communication — not locked in through opaque clauses. Specific fee, IP and liability terms are documented before work begins.
